Team Days Out

If you have ever called, emailed, messaged or generally communicated with us here at The Saddle Bank you will have spoken to one of our fabulous team members... affectionately known as Saddle Bankers!

Why do we do it?

We love to spend time out of work as a team. With the team being so busy making sure your saddles get to you on time and ensuring we provide our service excellence for you we don't often get time to catch up with each other during the working day. Therefore, its really important to us to regularly take time out to spend time with each other outside of the working environment. 

What do we do?

We regularly go for team meals out! Firm favourites of our team include Italian, Indian and Chinese. These team nights are great for everyone to have a chat and a giggle and unwind. 

We also do fun day time activities. In the past we have been to Rutland Inflatable Aqua Park, Go Karting, Mini Golf and Royal Ascot.

Our days out are full of fun and team spirit! 

In 2023 we also introduced game nights to our team nights. Everyone meets at Jade and Adi's house for a takeaway and some games! This is a great, relaxed evening where we can unwind, have some drinks and a laugh together. 

If its an activity that involves any sort of competitive edge you can be sure to find Amy or Adi battling it our for the top spot on the leader board!
