What is HART?
Wintec have recently implement great improvements on their saddles, which is known as HART. This stands for Horse and Rider Technology, which combines the CAIR cushion panels, and EASY-Change gullet system with some new improvements. HART also incorporates the Wintec Elastiflex Tree, and Performance panel technology.
