I found the saddle on the website, purchased and the saddle was delivered 4 days later. Very easy and quick service. My only complaint is charging £29.00 postage to mainland Scotland and normal postage is £4,95. Everything else was highly satisfactory! Would recommend.

Using the saddle bank to sell our saddle was efficient and hassle free. You might be able to get more selling it privately, but if you don’t want the hassle of trying to sell it yourself and dealing with shipping, returns because it doesn’t fit correctly etc. then I recommend the saddle bank.

I have ordered from saddlebank for the first time and I have to say that I am not very happy with the service I received as a first time customer. My daughters missed her show due to her helmet not arriving on time when we have paid express delivery. I have emailed the the team and all they said was they were sorry and would give my delivery fee back and 15 pound voucher.! Do they think that 15 pounds is going to cover the fact that my daughter had to cancel her show which she was very exited for. And she’s been upset since and till now I still haven’t received my item.
Sold my saddle to the saddle bank, they arranged collection for the next day and paid with 48hrs of receiving it. Great service, highly recommend

Found my dream saddle and ordered it. It arrived on the day I chose, packed and boxed well by Megan and when I got it out it was even more perfect than I’d hoped for. Purchased a secondhand saddle for my very wide clydesdale. The saddle itself was in excellent condition, like new, and was a great price too. It also fitted a treat with a 4X wide gullet bar. The saddle was promptly despatched and very well packed. Would not hesitate to buy from The Saddlebank again and definitely recommend.
Saddles are permitted on a 5 day UK mainland trial. Simply add the saddle to your basket and proceed to check out. The trial starts on the
day you receive the saddle.
Full payment is taken for the saddle at the point of check out. If the saddle fits – great! No further action required.
Is your fitter not coming until next week? No problem!
Select your delivery date at check out. Please note we recommend having the saddle delivered 2 working days before your saddle fitting
appointment in case of any unexpected delays with the courier.
Sadly we are not able to offer a trial internationally at present. However, most of our international clients still find it cheaper
to import a quality saddle from UK than to source one in their own country.
