Ordered a new saddle online, great experience. Prompt delivery. Great customer service. Parcel arrived in great condition plus extras. 10/10, will order from again.
Everything was so easy, the search, the huge stock they have in and just about every brand available. They give great advice after thoroughly going though what your horse is shaped like, if you know what you want go straight a head to purchase. You can have a 5 day trial so if you love the saddle like I did, I didn't need the trial. Then I sold my old saddle back to them. Which they pick up via courier. I would say the only downside was the £25 delivery fee, which i though was steep. Most suppliers would deliver free of charge for something that expensive.. If i was to then send it back at end of trial, then pay the return costs.

I've just decided to keep a lovely saddle I've been trying for 3 days. Saddle bank are easy to deal with and the process is a breeze. My saddle was delivered the next day after ordering and I was given tracking details not an hour after i purchased. The trial instructions were absolutely clear and came printed in an envelope with the saddle. I love my new saddle, thank you. 💯 recommend

The saddle bank is an amazing place when tying to find a saddles. We have been trying to find a saddle that will fit for ages and finally found one thanks to the saddle bank. As they have a huge variety, shapes and sizes to choose from I would highly recommend having a look through to see what you can find
I have a very wide old fashioned 4yr I’ve bred.. I had no idea what saddle to get her being so wide and my saddle fitter suggested 2 saddles I’ve never even heard of. We spoke to saddle bank and purchased a Cavaletti collection monoflap.. couldn’t be happier with the saddle

Saddles are permitted on a 5 day UK mainland trial. Simply add the saddle to your basket and proceed to check out. The trial starts on the
day you receive the saddle.
Full payment is taken for the saddle at the point of check out. If the saddle fits – great! No further action required.
Is your fitter not coming until next week? No problem!
Select your delivery date at check out. Please note we recommend having the saddle delivered 2 working days before your saddle fitting
appointment in case of any unexpected delays with the courier.
Sadly we are not able to offer a trial internationally at present. However, most of our international clients still find it cheaper
to import a quality saddle from UK than to source one in their own country.
