Excellent service

I was very impressed with all the communciation from various members of the team. They helped me when I was trying to decide whether to buy a second hand saddle or not, and then to sell my own saddle.
I did sell my saddle through the Saddle Bank, and i liked the fact that I had two options to do so, Buy it now or after the sale. I sent for Buy it Now, and arranged a courier to pick it up via TSB too.
