Excellent service
I don't have a clue about buying the right saddle that fits my mare.
I spoke to various friends who all told me different things.
My saddle fitter gave me a few suggestions aa to the make and style of saddle.
I send pictures of my badly fitting saddle to the saddlebank who sent me a few options.
Knowing if it was wrong I could return it was very reassuring!
However the first saddle I ordered fits my horse with just a little bit of flocking adjustment to suit her.
All in all a great way to buy a new / second hand saddle without the risk of collecting saddles that don't fit your horse.
