The Bates Artiste Monoflap Dressage saddle has been an enormous success and has been extremely popular with dressage riders since its launch. It offers exceptional levels of adjustability for the horse and rider. It has a deep seat for rider support. The Monoflap combined with the Synergy panels ensures the rider has unrivalled closeness and connection with their horse, which is ideal for perfecting your moves in the Arena. Luxe leather is Bates's top-of-the-range leather option and features on all Bates Artiste saddles as standard. This beautiful butter-soft calk skin leather gives the rider fantastic grip and support. The moveable Flexi ContourBlocs are external blocks offering the rider support, yet can be positioned to suit the rider. Simply unscrew them, reposition and retighten them. Combined with the Adjustable Ergonomic stirrup bar, the Bates Artiste Dressage saddle works well on riders of various heights as it can be customised to suit a range of leg lengths.
Bates saddles are built on the Elasti Flex tree and feature the Easy Change System. This means the gullet width can easily be changed from Narrow to Extra Wide, and the panels can also be customised to fit the horse using the Easy Change Risers.
The Bates Artiste Dressage saddle is available in Black or Brown. It is available in seat sizes 0 (16.5-17), 1 (17-17.5), and 2 (17.5-18). Some people find Bates saddles slightly larger, so please speak to us if you are still determining which size would work for you.
